Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Bartender is responsible for providing professional knowledgeable genuinely friendly food and beverage service in a timely manner and deliver the ultimate guest experience. They can also be called upon to perform duties of greeting serving and bussing.

YOUR ROLE
- Set and stock the bar at the start of the shift and clean at end of the shift
- Prepare and serve all food and beverages
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
- Perform related maintenance/cleaning of equipment
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness sanitation and organization of bar-top service areas
- Anticipate guests needs respond promptly and acknowledge guests even when busy
- Ensure that all equipment is stored in the correct manner in line with all food and beverage/conference and banqueting requirements and health & safety legislation.
- All other duties as required
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous bartending experience
- Familiar with POS systems
- Excellent product knowledge of liquor brands beer wine non-alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
- Problem solving skills
- Able to work quickly and multi-task
- Have an eye for detail and strong sense of urgency
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to stand for up to 5 hours at a time lift/carry/push up to 50 lbs. Grasp turn and manipulate objects
