Position Summary:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including craft cocktails classic drinks wine and beer.
- Demonstrate expertise in mixology including creating innovative cocktails balancing flavors and using fresh ingredients.
- Engage with guests in a friendly professional manner while providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar at all times.
- Adhere to all health safety and alcohol regulations.
- Assist with menu development seasonal cocktail lists and special events.
About You:
- Bartender/Bar Attendant experience
- The ability to make complex cocktails and a strong knowledge of beverage options including spirits and wines
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail
- Able to make good decisions
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Attainment
