We are now seeking an experienced and assertive Head of Quality & Compliance to lead our organisations quality regulatory compliance and child safety frameworks.
This role plays a vital part in shaping and safeguarding the standards across all AMIGA centres ensuring we not only meet but exceed regulatory requirementswhile staying true to our Montessori values.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Child Safe Standards strategy and run monthly CCS Committee meetings
Oversee Assessment & Rating readiness and response including site support and action planning
Ensure consistency and high standards in QIPs across all centres
Chair CCYP Committees and manage the full cycle of any CCYP-related incidents
Conduct mock visits audits and root cause analyses to identify risks and areas for improvement
Maintain policies procedures archiving and WHS compliance across all sites
Deliver training and targeted support to centre management teams as needed
Your Impact:
Centres maintain or exceed regulatory ratings
All CCYP matters are resolved within legislative timeframes and with integrity
Policies are updated and reflect best practice
Internal stakeholders are empowered with the tools and support they need
About You:
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Highly organised with a structured analytical mindset
Skilled in interpreting legislation conducting investigations and driving improvement
Assertive professional and solutions-focused
Comfortable working independently and across multiple sites
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience with CCYP and DET processes
Familiarity with National Quality Standards and QIP development
Background in legal compliance or regulatory environments
