Commercial HVAC Technician
Base Pay : $22-$50/Hr
Chesapeake Systems is a manufacturers representative providing equipment parts service and technical solutions for commercial mechanical systems. We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician for troubleshooting and repairing Air Conditioners and other HVAC products in the Baltimore/Washington/VA area
Responsibilities:
-Service repair and troubleshoot HVAC systems (Cooling towers boilers pumps heat exchangers variable frequency drives and controls)
-Repair and replace defective equipment components or wiring of multiple devices
-Perform start-ups troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment
-Effectively use knowledge of the principles of HVAC equipment
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications:
-Journeyman License (Preferred)
-5 years of Commercial experience
-Phenomenal troubleshooting skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Computer literacy
-Valid Drivers License clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check
