Your Role at Cyti:
- Deliver in-person therapy for individuals children (ages 5) couples and families.
- Conduct clinical assessments and create collaborative effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR.
- Participate in optional peer support groups and training sessions.
What Youll Bring:
- Active California license: LMFT LCSW LPCC or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
- Masters or Doctoral degree in a related field
- Experience working with children is required
- Strong clinical judgment communication and empathy
- Willingness to work fully in-office at our Sacramento location Monday to Friday.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $100000 $120000 (based on experience)
