We are searching for a talented LPN - Medical Surgical - VNA
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day shift 8:00am - 4:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation
Location: Visiting Nurse Association - Fairhaven MA; RI area- include Tiverton Little Compton Portsmouth Middletown Newport Bristol Barrington Warren Riverside Rumford

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing is required.
- Proficient computer skills including experience with various software database and electronic records programs is preferred.
- One (1) year of nursing experience is required; home care experience is preferred.
- Current LPN Licensure is required in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and may be required in Rhode Island subject to geographic area assignment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) & CPR certification is also required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
