Job Description
Job Summary:
Costys Energy is looking for a highly motivated individual detail-oriented and organized Logistic Coordinator to join our team. The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics operations ensuring efficient transportation and dispatching multiple trucks in the oil and gas industry. This role requires strong analytical skills excellent communication and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage logistics operations including transportation distribution and supplier management
- Schedule and dispatch trucks to appropriate locations in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Maintaining records of dispatched calls and route changes
- Determine type and amount of equipment required according to work specifications.
- Advise drivers about any traffic problems such as construction accidents weather conditions and other hazards.
- Monitor the cameras/safety system on internal truck to ensure drivers safety
- Oversee companys fleet of trucks and drivers
- Work side by side with companys satellite location on day to day logistical and driver issues
Skills:
- Must have strong organizational communication and time management skills
- Computer knowledge of Excel Word Google sheets and Google Drive
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity in their daily interactions with customers and co-workers
- Professional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Schedule :
Overnight shift-
5pm-5am M-F
Work every 3rd weekend
