Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Computer Vision (Onsite Project)
Location: Baner Pune
Employment Type: Full- Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with expertise in
Computer Vision to join our team for an onsite project. The successful candidate will be
responsible for designing developing and deploying advanced machine learning and deep
learning models to solve real-world vision-related challenges. This role requires close
collaboration with cross-functional teams including data scientists software engineers and
product managers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement computer vision models for object detection classification
- segmentation and tracking.
- Preprocess annotate and manage large datasets including images and videos.
- Train and fine-tune deep learning models using frameworks such as PyTorch TensorFlow or OpenCV.
- Optimize model performance and deploy models into production environments.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate vision systems into edge or cloud platforms.
- Conduct model evaluation A/B testing and performance monitoring.
- Research and stay updated with the latest developments in computer vision and AI/ML technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2 years of experience in AI/ML with a strong focus on computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch).
- Hands-on experience with image/video processing libraries (OpenCV PIL scikitimage).
- Experience with deploying models in real-time or near-real-time systems.
- Solid understanding of model evaluation metrics and overfitting/underfitting concepts.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with edge deployment (e.g. NVIDIA Jetson Coral).
- Familiarity with ML Ops and containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and related AI services.
- Experience in 3D vision SLAM or AR/VR is a plus.
- Publications or participation in relevant competitions (e.g. Kaggle CVPR) is a bonus.
