Role: General Teaching Assistant
Hourly Rate: 13.68
Location: Malton
We are working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in the Malton area that is committed to providing a positive and supportive learning environment for all pupils. The school values teamwork creativity and personalised support to help every child reach their full potential.
We are seeking to appoint a General Teaching Assistant (GTA) to work across Early Years Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This part-time role offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to contribute to teaching and learning throughout the school.
The successful candidate will be a flexible enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with children of all ages and is committed to supporting their academic and emotional development.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the delivery of learning activities across a range of age groups
Supporting pupils engagement behaviour and progress
Preparing and organising classroom resources
Working one-to-one or in small groups as required
Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
