Location: Leatherhead KT22
Salary: 30k per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

A long-standing and traditional estate and lettings agency in Leatherhead are seeking a competent and experienced Property Manager.
Youll take charge of a residential portfolio and deliver a first-class service to landlords tenants and contractors in a professional environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Oversee the management of a residential property portfolio
- Liaise with tenants landlords and contractors
- Ensure compliance with lettings regulations and best practices
- Handle maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
- Conduct property inspections and manage tenancy renewals
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Minimum 2 years experience in residential property management
- ARLA qualification preferred (but not essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confident team player who can handle pressure
- Up-to-date knowledge of lettings law and regulation
- Own car and full UK driving licence are essential
