Job Description
What youll be doing:
We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. Our Manchester Data Centre campus needs engineers who can work with a variety of technologies and software. Youll play a key role in ensuring our customers are happy by assisting them with any issues they encounter.
Youll manage on-the-ground operations to keep customer platforms running smoothly and efficiently. Each day is different making the role both dynamic and fulfilling
We want to hear from you if you:
- Have hardware experience including Cisco networking gear (whether its personal or enterprise level if youve been building and troubleshooting computers for friends and family we want to hear from you).
- Have experience or knowledge of OS installation.
- Have a strong understanding of customer service.
- Are able to work on a shift basis as we provide support to our customers 24/7
