Are you ready to take the next step in your nursing career and support the delivery of safe consistent and compassionate care As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) youll contribute both clinically and operationally helping to lead a dedicated team while developing your leadership skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
About the Role:
As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager you will provide nursing and/or midwifery care across a range of health service settings building on your experience and clinical knowledge to deliver high-quality person-centred care. You will accept accountability for your own standards of practice provide guidance to less experienced staff and actively contribute to their development as they grow in clinical capability.
In partnership with the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager you will take on a leadership role within the ward unit or servicesupporting both patient care and day-to-day operational management. This includes contributing to staffing rostering recruitment attendance and leave management and assisting with financial and resource planning. You will also support the implementation of practice changes and hold responsibility for a designated portfolio area promoting continuity and consistency of care across the team.

This is a part time vacancy working64 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
