Deep knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic architecture database structures and campaign .---Must
Experience with configuring scripting and troubleshooting in Adobe Campaign Classic (JavaScript XML SQL)--Must
Integration experience with CRM CDP and other MarTech platforms (Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics 365 Adobe Experience Cloud)--Must
Marketing Automation & MarTech: Adobe Campaign Classic (must have);
Nice to have: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Outbound or Real Time Marketing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Marketo Oracle Eloqua or similar.
Proficiency in APIs web services and system integrations (REST SOAPC)-Must

Details of Role:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) configuration optimization and best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance on campaign automation customer segmentation and personalization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Collaborate with marketing IT and business teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams

Adobe Campaign Classic Expertise:

- Data & Integration: SQL JSON XML REST/SOAP APIs ETL tools.

- Serve as the primary expert for Adobe Campaign Classic providing deep technical and product expertise.
- Lead the implementation configuration and customization of Adobe Campaign Classic to meet business needs.
- Optimize and maintain campaign workflows automation and data integration with interconnected MarTech platforms.
- Ensure best practices in data security performance optimization and system scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring stability efficiency and seamless operation.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Technical Lead to ensure timely and high-quality delivery within defined parameters.
- Collaborate with the QA Specialist to ensure proper testing validation and quality assurance.
- Oversee platform upgrades migrations and versioning to minimize disruptions.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams translating business requirements into technical solutions.
