Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for Senior Adobe Product Expert- Adobe Campaign Classic (MarTech experience is desirable) in Banking Domain for our banking client based in UAE(PWFH)

Deep knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic architecture database structures and campaign .---Must
Experience with configuring scripting and troubleshooting in Adobe Campaign Classic (JavaScript XML SQL)--Must
Integration experience with CRM CDP and other MarTech platforms (Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics 365 Adobe Experience Cloud)--Must
Marketing Automation & MarTech: Adobe Campaign Classic (must have);
Nice to have: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Outbound or Real Time Marketing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Marketo Oracle Eloqua or similar.
Proficiency in APIs web services and system integrations (REST SOAPC)-Must

Details of Role:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) configuration optimization and best practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance on campaign automation customer segmentation and personalization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Collaborate with marketing IT and business teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams
Mandatory skills:
Adobe Campaign Classic Expertise:
  • Deep knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic architecture database structures and campaign .
  • Experience with configuring scripting and troubleshooting in Adobe Campaign Classic (JavaScript XML SQL).
  • Expertise in campaign management segmentation personalization and automation.
  • Integration experience with CRM CDP and other MarTech platforms (Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics 365 Adobe Experience Cloud).
Understanding of delivery best practices including email marketing strategies SMS and push notifications.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
  • Data modeling segmentation and ETL processes for marketing automation.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying data extraction and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in APIs web services and system integrations (REST SOAP).
  • Performance optimization techniques to enhance efficiency in campaign .
  • Familiarity with cloud-based deployment (AWS Azure Google Cloud).
Tools & Software:
  • Marketing Automation & MarTech: Adobe Campaign Classic (must have); Nice to have: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Outbound or Real Time Marketing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Marketo Oracle Eloqua or similar.
  • Data & Integration: SQL JSON XML REST/SOAP APIs ETL tools.
  • Collaboration & Documentation (knowledge of minimum one of the tools): Azure Microsoft Teams Jira Confluence Slack.
  • Testing & QA Tools: Adobe Campaign testing frameworks; Nice to have: Postman Selenium etc.
  • Project & Process Management: Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) for project .
  • Risk assessment and mitigation strategies to address technical challenges.
  • Stakeholder management & alignment with business goals.
  • Technical documentation and knowledge sharing for team enablement.
  • Industry-Specific Knowledge:
  • Marketing Automation & Customer Engagement Best Practices.
  • Data Privacy & Compliance Regulations (CPR GDPR ISO security standards).
  • Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) & CRM integration strategies.
  • Trends in AI-driven marketing personalization and automation.
  • Roles & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary expert for Adobe Campaign Classic providing deep technical and product expertise.
  • Lead the implementation configuration and customization of Adobe Campaign Classic to meet business needs.
  • Optimize and maintain campaign workflows automation and data integration with interconnected MarTech platforms.
  • Ensure best practices in data security performance optimization and system scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring stability efficiency and seamless operation.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Technical Lead to ensure timely and high-quality delivery within defined parameters.
  • Collaborate with the QA Specialist to ensure proper testing validation and quality assurance.
  • Oversee platform upgrades migrations and versioning to minimize disruptions.
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT teams translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and training to internal teams sharing best practices and industry insights
