Job Description
Job Posting:
- 2nd Shift: MondayFriday 3:30 PM 12:00 AM Overtime may be required
- Location: Richland Distribution Center
- Starting pays:$23.50 (base rate $22.00 plus $1.50 shift differential)
- Monthly performance incentive:Potential to earn up to $5.50 extra per direct hour

- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Experience with material handling equipment or forklifts desired but not required
- Ability to bend twist stretch push pull carry and lift
- Comfortable standing/walking for up to 12 hours
- Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet (for some equipment roles)
- General computer and math skills
- Accurately sort pick label and store product in assigned locations
- Operate powered industrial equipment (stand-up order picker reach truck electric pallet jack dock stocker sit-down forklift)
- Assemble containers and maintain organized supplies
- Perform daily tasks using hand-held RF scanners or voice units
- Always maintain inventory integrity and product safety
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and demonstrate teamwork
- Participate in associate meetings and share feedback with management
- Follow all standard operating procedures and adhere to OSHA standards and company policies

$15.00 - $26.17-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
