Position Overview:
The Appointment Setter plays a key role in our client acquisition process by reaching out to prospective clients answering basic inquiries and scheduling consultations with certified travel advisors. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated comfortable with remote communication and passionate about helping others explore travel opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone email and messaging platforms to introduce our services
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for travel advisors using online calendars and scheduling tools
- Follow-Up: Respond to basic questions and ensure interested clients are prepared for consultations
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and scheduled meetings in CRM tools
Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally

Self-starter with strong time-management skills
- Comfortable using scheduling software email platforms and CRM systems
- Experience in customer service appointment setting or virtual assistance is a plus

Must be 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
