Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Minimum Requirements: Earned Masters Degree in Educationor a related field
Experience and Training
- Preference will be given to candidates with practitioner and higher education teaching experience
Knowledge Skills Ability:
- Leadership skills and practitioner-based education experiences
- Effective pedagogical practices
- Current educational standards and expectations in the course content
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Face-to-face instruction per scheduled course requirementsor scheduled online instruction for residency courses
- Teaching towards student mastery of course objectives
- Maintaining high expectations for all students
ACCOUNTABILITY:
- This position reports to the Chair of the Department of Educator Preparation
