DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description Creation and Review Project
- Review completeness and accuracy of the existing JDs across the conglomerate
- Conduct job analysis through interviews surveys or job content reviews with managers and employees.
- Draft new job descriptions aligned with internal standards and external benchmarks.
- Review and revise existing job descriptions to ensure consistency in structure language and responsibilities.
- Ensure that each job description contains clear information on duties qualifications skills and required competencies.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to validate job content and obtain approvals
Job Architecture Project
- Support the review and cleanup of job position titles across the organization.
- Recommend standardized job titling conventions aligned with industry best practices.
- Assist in mapping job families levels and career pathways in collaboration with the Total Rewards team.
- Help ensure job titles and descriptions are aligned with the new job architecture framework.
- Identify and streamline inconsistencies for simplified standardized processes.
- Track and document progress of both projects across departments.
- Provide regular updates status reports and summaries to project leads and HR leadership.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drafts approvals and final versions of job descriptions and titles.
- Support change management and communication efforts related to these projects.
EDUCATION TRAININGS LICENSES REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience particularly in compensation job evaluation or organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience in writing and reviewing job descriptions.
- Familiarity with job architecture frameworks leveling guides and job titling standards.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); experience with HRIS or job architecture tools is a plus
