About the role:
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Executive to join their growing team in Malta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the residential property market and a good understanding of the German real estate landscape. Youll be instrumental in building and managing client relationships identifying market opportunities and supporting transactions focused on German-speaking investors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with clients interested in residential real estate especially from or within the German market.
- Coordinate property sales and rental processes from listing through to completion.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of property listings and market trends both locally and in Germany.
- Liaise with legal financial and administrative professionals to facilitate property transactions.
- Act as a point of contact for German-speaking clients providing a seamless and culturally relevant customer experience.
- Support marketing efforts for German-language campaigns including translations and localised messaging.
- Attend property viewings and negotiations and follow up with potential buyers or tenants.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate particularly in residential property.
- Previous exposure to or experience with the German property market is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English; German language proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong client-facing experience with a professional and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced
- Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and property management systems is a plus.
