Job Summary: On behalf of our client we at R77 Elite Talent are seeking a creative hands-on Social Media and Communications Specialist. Our client is looking to strengthen their team with dedicated external support to manage and enhance their content strategies across social media platforms influencer marketing media planning and event coordination. Your contributions will be pivotal in elevating the clients brand visibility engagement and lead generation for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
- Develop schedule and oversee engaging content for platforms including TikTok Instagram Facebook Twitter and YouTube tailored for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Maintain an organised social media content calendar that aligns with the clients product launches and company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to produce impactful visual video and written content.
- Regularly monitor and analyse social media metrics to enhance performance continuously.
2. Communications & Content Strategy:
- Produce compelling content for campaigns newsletters and other communication channels.
- Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all platforms targeted to specific audiences.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders media contacts and influencers to amplify the clients brand reach.
- Perform audience research to refine and optimise communication strategies and content.
3. Media Planning & Campaign Execution:
- Design and implement media plans aimed at optimising campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Integrate social media strategies influencer activities and offline initiatives within the broader marketing strategy.
- Continuously evaluate campaign results and adjust tactics to ensure maximum outcomes.
- Maintain an accurate and updated media activities calendar to ensure timely execution.
- Work alongside the Paid Media team for advertising strategies and cross-promotional efforts.
4. Influencer & Partnership Marketing:
- Identify engage and manage influencers to build brand trust and enhance visibility.
- Develop comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns including content briefs and compliance adherence.
- Track influencer performance and utilise data insights for strategic adjustments and improvements.
5. Offline & Event Marketing:
- Plan and manage offline marketing initiatives such as events sponsorships and promotions.
- Coordinate effectively with event organisers vendors and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Gather and analyse feedback from offline activities to evaluate their impact on brand awareness and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in social media management content creation or digital marketing preferably within both B2B and B2C contexts.
- Comprehensive understanding of social media trends digital marketing strategies and analytics tools.
- Proven track record in influencer marketing and familiarity with advertising platforms on social media.
- Exceptional storytelling capabilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills with practical experience using social media analytics tools.
- Proficiency in media planning and familiarity with event coordination and offline marketing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic fast-paced team setting.
