Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and creative social media professional to lead PUMA Indias presence across platforms like Instagram X YouTube and Pinterest. This role involves developing impactful content managing influencer collaborations and driving engagement while ensuring brand consistency. Youll work closely with internal teams and agencies to execute campaigns monitor performance and optimize based on insights and trends.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of content creation and curation working closely with design and copy teams to ensure compelling platform-specific content that reflects the brands voice and values.
Key Objectives:
Social Media Strategy & Management:Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand heat and engagement across all major platforms including Instagram X YouTube and Pinterest. Youll manage and oversee PUMA Indias social media accounts ensuring consistent brand messaging and community engagement through timely responses. You will also monitor analyse and report on social media performance metrics adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Content Creation & Curation:Create curate and manage high-quality engaging content tailored for various platforms. This includes collaborating with design and copy teams to produce compelling visuals and copy ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences. Youll also develop and execute a content calendar for all brand social channels staying updated on content formats and trends to keep our presence fresh and relevant.
Influencer Marketing & Strategic Other Partnerships:Identify onboard and manage relevant influencers and agencies who align with campaign goals and brand values. Youll lead the end-to-end execution of campaigns including planning outreach negotiation briefing coordination content approval and post-launch review. This also involves tracking deliverables performance and campaign ROI while maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships with creators.
Collaboration & Analytics:Work closely with internal teams across marketing product digital PR and finance as well as external brand and creative agencies to ensure cohesive execution of marketing campaigns. Youll track performance metrics (engagement reach traffic conversions) for both social media and influencer campaigns preparing actionable insights and optimizing based on analytics to improve future results and ROI. You will also stay updated on the latest social media trends tools best practices and competitor strategies to provide strategic internal and external stakeholders including agency partners.
YOUR TALENT
Qualifications and Functional Competencies:
5 years of relevant experience in social media management digital marketing or brand content strategy
Prior experience handling brand accounts with significant scale and engagement across Instagram X YouTube Pinterest
Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns and external agency partners
Strong portfolio of social campaigns or brand content
