Job Description
Job Title: Advanced Practitioner - CMHT
Location: Salford
Pay Rate: 32 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker (Advanced Practitioner) to join a CMHT based in Salford.
What will your responsibilities be
- Provide leadership in social work and social care within the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and across the division.
- Carry a reduced caseload to allow for staff supervision professional development support and safeguarding oversight.
- Lead on adult and child safeguarding overseeing s.42 enquiries chairing planning meetings and ensuring a person-centred approach.
- Act as an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) on a rota basis and contribute to the AMHP Manager rota if suitably experienced.
- Support the Team Manager in service delivery promoting high standards of practice and professional development within the team.

Qualifications and Experience:
- SWE registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK license
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
