Job Description

Ready to take the lead in building strong business relationships in one of Europes most dynamic cities Were seeking passionate Account Managers to join our Barcelona-based team helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive through smart customer-first solutions.

Your Mission:

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB clients ensuring their needs are met with tailored product solutions
  • Establish and nurture long-term partnerships through consultative selling
  • Identify growth opportunities and guide clients toward the tools that drive success
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the clients industry goals and challenges to offer strategic advice
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets while upholding excellent service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide feedback to enhance processes strategy and client outcomes
