Job Description
Clariness is looking for a Working Student - Patient Insights (f/m/d) based in Berlin.
- Part-time; limited -
As a Working Student - Patient Insights (f/m/d) you would be responsible for:
- Building clear dashboards: Create easy-to-read Tableau dashboards and KPI reports that track screening and survey performance working closely with our Patient Insights team.
- Launching surveys: Set up and configure online surveys so they run smoothly from day one.
- Checking data quality: Spot-check surveys for accuracy and fix any flow or data issues fast.
- Turning data into insights: Clean analyze and visualize survey results then share actionable findings with the team.
- Tackling ad-hoc admin or project tasks to keep everything moving.
We would like you to have:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. Business Data Science Statistics Psychology or related field).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools.
- Experience with survey platforms (e.g. LimeSurvey SurveyMonkey) is a plus.
- Previous experience with (healthcare) survey analysis is a strong plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English
