Werde Teil eines Teams das mit hochmoderner Konfokalmikroskopie die Zukunft der Zellforschung und Wirkstoffentwicklung mitgestaltet. Als Field Service Engineer (gn) sorgst Du dafr dass unsere High-Tech-Systeme bei Kund:innen reibungslos laufen mit technischem Know-how Engagement und viel Gestaltungsfreiraum.
Deine Mission als Experte (gn) mit Weitblick:
Technikversteher: Du installierst wartest und reparierst unsere High-End Imaging-Systeme bei Forschungsinstituten Biotech-Firmen und Universitten. Przise zuverlssig hands-on.
Fehlersucher Du analysierst komplexe Systemfehler (Software Optik Elektrik Mechanik) und findest pragmatische Lsungen vor Ort oder remote.
Trainer mit Technikflair Du erklrst komplexe Technologien klar und praxisnah bei Anwenderschulungen Einweisungen und Live-Demos.
Kundenheld Du bist erster Ansprechpartner fr unsere Kunden kompetent verbindlich auf Augenhhe.
Teamplayer international Du arbeitest eng mit Kollegen aus Service Vertrieb und Produktentwicklung in Europa und Japan zusammen.
Organisationsprofi Du dokumentierst deine Einstze verwaltest dein Ersatzteillager und behltst Termine und Kundenwnsche im Blick.
On the Road mit Purpose Du bist viel im Auendienst unterwegs mit Homeoffice als Basis und modernem Equipment im Gepck.
Was Du mitbringen solltest fachlich & persnlich:
- Technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z.B. Life Science Medizintechnik)
- Erfahrung mit Imaging Lasertechnik oder konfokaler Mikroskopie
- Sehr gute Troubleshooting-Skills und systematische Arbeitsweise
- Deutsch & Englisch flieend in Wort und Schrift
- Freude am Reisen und an direktem Kundenkontakt
- Selbststndiger lsungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
