The Member Service Representative I Member Support provides exceptional service by responding to inquiries solving basic problems and providing solutions in a contact center environment. Acts as a resource to members educating them on products and services which will improve their financial wellbeing.
Essential Duties:

Department Hours:
Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM 2:00 PM
Scheduled Hours:
Position 1: Monday Friday 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
Position 2: Monday Friday 11:00 AM 3:00 PM
Both positions include rotating Saturdays. Hours may vary based on business needs.
Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Full-time hours required for the first few weeks during training.
