Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and operational leadership across the ICU Med/Surg and Telemetry units
- Support and guide nursing staff ensuring delivery of safe patient-centered care
- Collaborate with physicians staff and leadership to implement best practices and improve patient outcomes
- Monitor staffing performance and compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead by example to foster a culture of excellence teamwork and accountability
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Associates degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Recent experience in bedside patient care
- Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior experience in a nursing leadership or management role
