Why You Will Love this Job:

Location: Remote in Northeast United States with significant travel in the region

The Regional Manager Residential Northeast Region under the direction of the Vice President of Sales leads and manages Area Managers & Account Development Managers in generators and ATS sales for Rehlko Home Energy in pre-assigned geographical territories.

This role manages sales associates by establishing sales territories and quotas to meet assigned revenue goals analyzes sales and leads statistics gathered by sales and marketing teams to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor preferences of customer and/or market sector.

The Regional Manager will assist the Vice President of Sales in the management of Power Systems business at the Regional level. Recommend changes that will improve productivity sales profits utilization and/or market share. Meet or exceed sales goals and target accounts for respective region in both quality and quantitative measurements.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Recruit hire train and manage the sales associates for the region.

  • Forecast sales in the region to meet both short- and long-term goals.

  • Analyzes sales procedures and develop new strategies to market Rehlko Home Energy products and services.

  • Assist the Vice President in the management of Rehlko Home Energy business for the Sales function of the company.

  • Recommend changes that will improve productivity sales profits utilization and/or market share.

  • Meet or exceed sales and growth level for respective region in both quality and quantitative measurements.

  • With the assistance of the Marketing & Channel Departments set up goals and target accounts.

  • With the assistance of the Marketing Department develop strategies to sell and promote products and services to the channel customers & end users.

  • Conduct a continual search for new product information and business trends within the area of responsibility.

  • Evaluate local trade shows and communicate market information to the Marketing Department in an effort to encourage participation from regional staff to maximize market penetration

  • Secure competitive product and price information for use in tactical and strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree is required.

  • A minimum of 5-10 years successful experience in OEM and/or channel sales and marketing is also recommended for the position.

The Salary range for this position is $113000.00-$ specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and the work location.
