About Us: Success Mortgage is a rapidly growing mortgage broker in the mid-atlantic area as well as FL and TX. Rates are starting to come down and we need loan officers to work these valuable leads. If you are looking for an opportunity to maximize the number of loans you can close in a month we are the company for you.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound/outbound calls related to refinancing: rate and term and cash out.
Speak to prescreened loan leads which the borrower has set an appointment to speak to a loan office
Goal is to take the loan applications over the phone on the first phone call and pull credit. Request income asset and property documents.
LOA and processing team will see the file through to the end once loan is structured
Provide guidance on the benefits of lower a borrower rate debt consolidation or taking cash out.
Meet monthly sales/production goals
Ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
NMLS license in at least one of these states to begin: VA MD WV DE PA FL TX
Call center banking or lending experience preferred
Phone sales experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in computer applications
