Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales preferably in the IT sector and will focus primarily on the Sri Lankan market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Business Opportunities: Discover and pursue new clients for IT solutions.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking referrals and market research.
- Product Demonstration: Present IT solutions to potential clients highlighting key benefits.
- Sales & Negotiation: Understand client needs and align them with suitable IT solutions to drive revenue.
- Partner Collaboration: Work with partners to deliver and close deals; monitor and assess partner performance.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest IT trends particularly in document digitization and hardware.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or related field.

5 years of sales experience.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.

Interest or background in IT solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a passion for growth and leadership.

Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic IT environment.
