As part of our remote team (within mainland Portugal) youll assist users via phone email and chatproviding post-sales support and inbound sales assistance to ensure an outstanding customer journey.
Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative you will:
Handle incoming customer requests through phone email and chat.
Log details and follow up in internal CRM tools ensuring cases are resolved within SLA.
Deliver top-quality customer support for post-sales topics like deliveries warranties and refunds.
Assist with inbound sales recommending suitable products and boosting revenue.
Strive to meet quarterly sales targets while keeping customer satisfaction a priority.
Provide timely updates to customers about order status and issue resolution.
Your Profile
Working Conditions
Schedule: Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00 (Monday to Saturday including bank holidays).
Days Off: Sunday 1 rotational weekday.
Contract: 6-month initial contract (renewable).
Location: Remote within mainland Portugal.
Compensation & Benefits
Gross monthly salary: 1000 (paid in 14 salaries/year).
Performance bonus: 100 month for 12 months.
Daily meal allowance: 7.23/day.
Monthly transport allowance.
