Job Overview

We are seeking an Admission Counselor for our branch in Latur. This is a fixed-term employment position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The candidate will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admission process ensuring their smooth transition into our educational programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and be a key contributor to our institutions growth and community building.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven sales skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively drive student admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
  • Strong business development acumen to identify and seize opportunities for expanding the schools reach and impact.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with students parents and stakeholders ensuring transparent and informative interactions.
  • Convincing skills to effectively address concerns and queries from prospective students and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in handling the admission process ensuring all prerequisite information is thoroughly communicated and completed.
  • Fluent English speaking skills to converse seamlessly with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Experience in orchestrating marketing events to promote institutional offerings and foster community visibility.
  • Lead generation abilities to actively source prospective students and maintain a database for potential enrollments.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective students and their families through the entire admission process ensuring they understand the schools offerings and requirements.
  • Implement targeted outreach strategies to build and sustain a pipeline of prospective students for enrollment.
  • Conduct informative sessions and tours showcasing the institutions strengths and unique educational environment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events that highlight the schools programs and achievements.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to queries and concerns raised by potential students and their guardians.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of prospective student interactions and progress through CRM system.
  • Participate in school fairs open houses and other promotional events as a representative of the institution.
  • Ensure all admission-related activities comply with the schools policies and maintain the integrity of the process.
