Responsive Repairs Manager
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: 42840 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Fulltime permanent Monday Friday
Company van fuel equipment and uniform will be provided
At Mears we provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services to over 70 local authorities ALMOs and Housing Associations across the UK.
We are the largest provider of repairs maintenance and regeneration services in the sectorand proud to put people at the heart of what we do.
Were now looking for an experienced and motivated Responsive Repairs Manager to lead our team in Milton Keynes managing services across occupied properties to ensure quality safety and resident satisfaction.

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
