Your role
As a Video Conferencing Engineer you will play an important role in selecting the video conferencing equipments that are suitable to the Organization. Youre someone who enjoy being hands-on with hardware curious about new technology. Collaborating closely with engineering team in lab and validating new Hardware and Software. Youll manage and troubleshoot AV and Video Conferencing systems from lab.

Your role
As a Video Conferencing Engineer you will play an important role in selecting the video conferencing equipments that are suitable to the Organization. Youll manage and troubleshoot AV and Video Conferencing systems from lab.
Required
- Exposure to Video Conferencing tools (Google Meet Zoom Microsoft Teams Cisco Webex) and their hardware requirements.
- Knowledge of Logitech Rally devices Cisco Webex Room series and Poly Studio X devices.
- Understanding of 3rd party Creston ad room-based video integration solutions.
- Hands-on experience on Videoconferencing hardware upgrades / firmware or patches.
- Experience in working in Videoconferencing hardware Lab and live environment.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing or testing Video Conferencing (or equivalent experience) devices.
Preferred
- Experience with testing audio-visual (AV) hardware (e.g. microphones cameras or displays) or Unified Communications or meeting room technologies.
- Understanding on video codecs cameras microphones Audio DSP AES67 configurations etc
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
