As Manager Implementation Services at Provation you will be at the heart of our missionleading inspiring and empowering a talented team responsible for onboarding and supporting customers in deploying our cutting-edge software. Your leadership will ensure that every implementation honors our promise of excellence partnership and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire an Outstanding Team: Recruit develop and manage a high-performing team of implementation professionals. Nurture a culture of continuous learning recognition and professional growth ensuring your team is motivated engaged and aligned with Provations vision and values.
  • Drive Successful Implementations: Oversee all aspects of the implementation process for Provations industry-leading solutions ensuring timely seamless and high-quality rollouts for hospitals and ASCs. Take pride in helping healthcare organizations unlock the full potential of our products.
  • Champion Customer Success: Cultivate strong relationships with customers focusing on satisfaction partnership and long-term success. Go beyond expectations to deliver best-in-class training go live support and consultation services ensuring every customer becomes an enthusiastic Provation advocate.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Set clear goals and objectives for your team develop robust implementation strategies and identify opportunities to innovate and improve. Take ownership of departmental targets and drive your team to meet and exceed annual goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster open communication and effective collaboration across departments ensuring alignment between implementation product sales and support teams. Share insights and feedback to drive continuous product and process improvement.
  • Resource Management: Ensure optimal staffing and resource allocation to support all products and services. Oversee expense reporting and manage budgets responsibly maximizing team efficiency and impact.
  • Innovation and Growth: Lead internal initiatives to launch new specialties products and features. Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in healthcare technology and implementation best practices.
  • Recognition and Rewards: Execute meaningful employee recognition plans that celebrate achievement innovation and teamwork.
  • Uphold Security and Privacy: Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly adhering to all company policies and relevant laws related to personal health information and data security.
  • Other Duties: Embrace new challenges contribute to projects and adapt to evolving business needs as part of a forward-thinking organization leveraging AI tools whenever possible.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Four years of professional experience post college preferred with demonstrated success in team management healthcare technology software implementation or related fields.
  • Healthcare Insight: Strong working knowledge of the healthcare industry is a significant plus especially in clinical documentation and workflow solutions.
  • Provation Expertise: Two years experience with Provation software is preferred.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop presentations write reports and correspondence and present to diverse audiences.
  • Tech Proficiency: High competency with Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to adopt new tools as required.
  • Team Player & Independent Worker: Able to work both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
  • Teaching Spirit: Ability and desire to teach and mentor others cultivating talent and building knowledge within your team.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated commitment to exceeding customer expectations with proven success in customer-facing roles.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% as business needs require representing Provation at customer sites observing team members in the field industry and other events.
  • Continuous improvement mindset: Critical for identifying opportunities to optimize implementation processes enhance team performance and ensure our services evolve with customer needs and industry best practices.
