Title: Team Member
Required Shift:
12 Hour Day Shift
Week 1: Monday Tuesday Friday Saturday Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday Thursday
Hours: 7am-7:30pm Days
7pm 7:30am Nights
(Hours may differ based on business needs)
Job Purpose:
Team Members must also ensure efficiency operational conformance product quality and continuous improvement. Functions as a member of an area team which is directly responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities. Operate/change over specified machinery in the assigned area.
What are we looking for
Minimum Requirements:
Must meet time in role (12 months)
Must have approval from line manager to apply
Must currently be in good standing
High school diploma or GED
1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
Frequent lifting/carrying pushing (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
Frequent bending stooping twisting handling and gripping
Ability to work at elevated heights climb stairs leaning over equipment and work in confined spaces
Ability to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).
Ability to read write and speak English
Preferred Qualifications:
1 years experience in a manufacturing environment
JDA and ATLAS knowledge or other warehouse management systems experience
Experience maintaining accurate inventory records
Forklift certification
What will be your Key Responsibilities
Performs all assigned activities & job tasks within a line or area
Operates equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Takes corrective actions in solving problems to root cause level.
Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs adjustments and malfunction troubleshooting.
Performs and/or works with Maintenance to complete equipment PMs.
Able to maintain accurate records of QC checks production numbers or waste performance.
