Job Description
The Director of Nursing at VillageCaregiving plays a key leadership role in overseeing the operational and clinical responsibilities of our caregiving services and helps ensure a high quality of care for all patients. This role is perfect for a nurse who thrives in an environment of autonomy and has a business mindset. This is not bedside nursing.

Responsibilities:
- Clinical and compliance oversight of caregiving operations
- Lead and manage caregiving staff
- Report to Executive Director
- Manage budget and resources effectively
- Collaborate with other departments
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Iowa
- Previous leadership experience in nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to do home visits (in a Village Caregiving vehicle)
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
