We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales leader to join our clients team with a focus on hunting role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise technology sales an in-depth understanding of the companies that work in AI-First Digital IT Services Platforms Business Processes domain and a proven track record of business development and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding business needs and delivering customized solutions.
Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our services and platforms.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Track analyze and report key sales metrics and performance indicators.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise sales specifically in the insurance or healthcare or any other sectors for east or north cost areas.
Strong knowledge of insurance/healthcare technology ecosystems including Infrastructure Cloud and domain-specific BPM solutions.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
