Job Title: CloudSales
Location: Bangalore/Chennai
Reports To: SalesManager
Responsibilities:
- SalesStrategy Development: Develop and implementsalesstrategies to achieve or exceedsalestargets for cloud solutions and services.
- Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling networking and referrals.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospective customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for cloud solutions.
- Solution Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase cloud services and demonstrate how they address customer requirements and pain points.
- Proposal Creation: Prepare and present tailoredsalesproposals including pricing deliverables and implementation plans to clients.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiation discussions with clients addressing concerns managing expectations and closingsales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and pre-salesteams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and new technologies in the cloud space to effectively position products and differentiate offerings.
- SalesReporting: Maintain accurate records ofsalesactivities forecasts and pipeline management using CRM software and report onsalesperformance and progress to management.
- Customer Follow-up: Provide ongoing support and maintain relationships with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience insales incloud services.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS PaaS SaaS) and familiarity with Private Cloud and public cloud business.
- Skills:
- Provensalestrack record and ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- AirtSelf-motivated with a proactive approach tosalesand customer engagement.
- Certifications: Relevant cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) can be beneficial but are not always required.
A CloudSalesExecutive is responsible for selling cloud-based solutions and services to businesses and organizations. Their role involves identifying potential customers understanding their needs and effectively communicating how cloud offerings can meet those needs.
