Job Overview
We are looking for a full-time on-site Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our engineering services managing client relationships and understanding technical requirements to collaborate effectively with our engineering team. This junior position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role with a Bachelor of Engineering degree and an MBA.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering coupled with an MBA to enhance technical and business acumen.
- At least 1 year of experience in technical sales or related engineering services roles.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to maintain and build trust with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information.
- Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve client concerns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of our engineering services and an understanding of technical requirements.
- Must be skilled in sales market research and maintaining fruitful client interaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell engineering services to existing and potential clients in accordance with set targets.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business leads and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms of sales and agreements ensuring a balance between company profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance as per the companys systems.
- Regularly update and report to management on market trends and competitor analysis.
Education - B.E / (additional MBA then it is a plus point)
