Job Description
Reporting to the Director Fund Services the Senior IT Project Manager will have the flexibility to run projects in either iterative-waterfall or agile while practicing strong financial discipline governance and clear (effective) initiative reporting. You will play a central role in shaping delivery outcomes and contributing to our ambitious organizational strategy.
What will you do
Lead delivery of key initiatives within a complex transformation portfolio by leaning on your strong planning and execution abilities.
Build trust-based relationships with your sponsors senior leadership and key internal stakeholders and external vendor partners.
Identify manage and escalate risks issues and interdependencies with clear action plans
Track and manage financials including budgets forecasts estimates invoices and SOWs
Maintain timely and clear initiative reporting across timelines scope risks and financial health
Contribute to a delivery culture grounded in collaboration accountability and adaptability
What do you need to succeed
Must-have
Strong outcomes-driven delivery experience with a track record of leading complex initiatives to completion
Proven ability to impact and influence cross-functional partners and key stakeholders both internal and external across varying levels of seniority
Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets forecasts and contracts
Excellent communication relationship-building and problem solving skills
Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing delivery within hybrid environments
Ability to navigate through seasons of ambiguity and changing priorities
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with MURAL LeanKit Jira Confluence
Experience within the Custody and/or Fund Services industry.
Experience with transformative projects client transitions SaaS onboardings
