We are seeking anApplication Support Agent (DIGIT)to join our team in Brussels.
Description of Tasks:
Individual Support: Provide individualized assistance:
Remotely via phone and ServiceNow.
On-site support (potentially in collaboration with pensioner associations) to help users configure authentication methods such as the EU Login application security keys and e-ID.
Ticketing and Reporting: Record and follow up on incidents using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Technical Troubleshooting: Guide users through technical issues and escalate complex cases to relevant teams as needed.
Hands-On Training Sessions: Conduct in-person hands-on sessions in both French and English with groups of up to 20 participants. Provide personalized follow-up support at request.
Webinars: Organize and deliver webinars aimed to guide pensioners through the steps of setting up and using new authentication methods.
Knowledge and Skills:
Languages: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
Patience and Empathy: Ability to show patience and understanding when supporting individuals particularly in high-assistance or digital illiteracy situations.
Active Listening: Strong active listening skills to understand user concerns and tailor responses accordingly.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with authentication technologies such as mobile apps security keys and e-IDs.
Advantage: experience using ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow).
Training and Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver structured training sessions and webinars effectively.
Adaptability: Comfortable working with an elderly audience with sensitivity to their needs and varying technical proficiency levels.
