Are you looking for a new opportunity in payroll Keen to join one of South Australias largest aged care providers

Join Resthaven In the position of Payroll Officer based at our modern office at Wayville. This is a fixed term contract for twelve months. Your experience and background in payroll will be invaluable as we will need someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running! You will be required to

  • Support all payroll processes for the team in a supportive environment
  • Check data on timesheets/attendance and associated reporting
  • Process Workers Compensation payments as advised by the Claims Administrator
  • Assist with monitoring new hires via the online recruitment module
  • Ensure files are accurately maintained including filing and archiving
  • Uphold confidentiality

Essential Requirements

  • Detailed experience with Payroll preparation
  • Experience with Health Care Industry Awards
  • Extensive computer Payroll system exposure
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to construct and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word applications Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in a consultative manner establish and sustain effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
