Position: Customer Service Representative
Employment: Full-time Hourly
Location: Phoenix AZ

Job Description
Assist customers with setting up features on their new vehicle. For example pairing cell phones to Bluetooth setting up Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and enrolling/setting up their OnStar trial. Ensure customer satisfaction before the customer drives off. Greet guests and answer incoming calls.

Schedule: Full-time hours. Must be able to work closing shifts (1 PM9 PM during the week 1 PM8 PM on Saturdays 10 AM6 PM on Sundays). Off Tuesdays and Wednesdays and off every other Saturday and Sunday. The starting time for closing shifts is flexible.
