Job Summary:
The Automotive Sales Consultant at Ghent Motor Company in Greeley Colorado is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our team. In this individual contributor role you will be responsible for generating sales by providing exceptional customer service and promoting the products and services offered by Ghent Motor Company. As an Automotive Sales Consultant you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career while earning a competitive salary and commissions.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with potential earnings of $4000 to $20000 per month monthly. This position offers commission opportunities based on sales performance. Other benefits include health insurance retirement plan options and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of vehicles
- Assess the needs of customers and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Use various sales techniques to meet and exceed sales goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referral opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve company objectives
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Two years of sales experience preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
