McCandlish Holtons Charlottesville office is seeking apart-time entry-level File Administratorwho is detail-oriented energetic and capable of managing a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
This position is responsible for maintaining highly accurate file records and includes tasks such as photocopying scanning opening and closing files managing daily mail requesting invoices and filing fee checks FedEx runs and assembling document packages for submission to government agencies. Primary duties also include uploading documents into the firms document management system.
