Job Description

Employment Type: Part-time

Reports to:Principal

The Enrollment Coordinator is a part-time position dedicated to supporting the Principal and the school in both recruitment and retention efforts. This role requires a strong commitment to Catholic education and alignment with our mission. The Enrollment Coordinator will assist in implementing strategies to attract and enroll prospective students while also fostering the retention of current families. Collaboration with school leadership faculty and staff is essential to achieving enrollment objectives and ensuring a positive admissions experience. Additionally this role involves working closely with the Principal to maintain accurate and compliant student records in accordance with school standards and TCCB requirements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Gospel values and the teachings of the Catholic Church in all interactions
  • Comply with school and Archdiocesan policies including Religious Standards for Catholic School Employees
  • Collaborate with the Principal to develop and maintain a public relations program to promote Catholic education and Holy Name School within area churches and community organizations
  • Assist the Principal in recruitment initiatives and help guide families through the admissions process to increase enrollment
  • Assist with the admissions process for prospective families by supporting student tours open houses and community events.
  • Support the school with retention efforts and activities for current families
  • Assist families with enrollment inquiries manage data entry in the FACTS database and generate regular reports to track enrollment and retention
  • Track and analyze enrollment and class data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist administration with recruitment and retention materials such as mailings invitations slide shows videos and social media content
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for all
  • Support the principal with projects aimed at increasing enrollment and other administrative needs
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive school matters
  • Support the Principal with the development and management of content and campaigns for social media platforms email marketing and the school website
  • Support the Principal with the planning of on-campus recruitment activities including gatherings games summer camps and evening events
  • Assist the principal will the planning of off-campus recruitment activities including gatherings games summer camps community recruitment events open houses and evening events
  • Support with fundraising efforts alongside the principal
  • Attend professional development training with the Archdiocese of San Antonio to stay current in best practices
  • Help administration to coordinate interviews campus tours and shadow days for prospective students and current students as they prepare for high school
  • Work collaboratively with catholic high schools regarding student records and preparations for high school acceptance
  • Serve as one of the primary contacts for prospective students and families. The Principal will be the other primary contact.
  • Support family communications school news and announcements
  • Assist administration to keep school community PTC and School Advisory Board members informed in recruitment efforts
  • Promote collegiality teamwork and uphold the philosophy and mission of Catholic education
