We are seeking an experienced and passionate AgileScrum Master to guide and coach our agile development team(s) in embracing and implementing Scrum values principles and practices. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader adept at facilitating ceremonies removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofDenver COor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 2years of Information Technology experience
Extensive experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Solid understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe).
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant Agile certifications (e.g. SAFe Scrum Master PMI-ACP).
Experience in specific industries relevant to the company (e.g. healthcare mobile/cable finance)
Familiarity with software development tools and technologies (e.g. Git Java etc.)
Experience with multiple Agile teams in different organizations
Lean Methodology Certification(s)
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
