Job Description
Looking for top talent for our client as a Production Assembler
Must have 2 years of recent assembly experience in a production manufacturing setting
Must be able to lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout shift.
Background check and drug test required
Steel toed boots required
Normal hours are 5am-130pm but must be ok with working 5am-330pm as needed
JOB DESCRIPTION
Process material according to the work order specifications; ensure that processing equipment is maintained in a safe and clean condition.
Must know how to use a tape measure and be able to read a technical drawing and follow work instructions.
Candidates must have a good work and attendance history a safety-first attitude good communication skills and have the flexibility to work overtime. Prior machine operation experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Candidates must be dependable must be able to read work instructions and other work documents provided in English; must be able to write production and quality information must understand verbal instructions; be detail-oriented safety conscious and have the ability to work well with others.
Must possess a good attendance history. Must have a good safety record possess a high degree of quality workmanship and be detail oriented.
Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Correct tools for proper execution of the work.
Must be proficient in understanding mechanical drawings.
While in the workplace responsible for both quality and safety.
Review quality documents as required.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Performs other tasks or duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers clients co-workers and
management. Continue to grow knowledge and use tools to identify and assist with Continuous Improvement. Individual must be thorough and punctual.
EDUCATION:
This position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one 2 years of work experience including at least one year performing the same or similar job function; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Integrity teamwork good work ethic and good work attendance is required
