Esthetician will perform facials body treatments and waxing services to guests following the established protocol of Springs Eternal Spa.

• Responsible for testing out and performing all facial waxing and body treatments offered on the Springs Eternal Spa Menu.
• Responsible for effectively analyzing skin types to ensure the accurate use of product.
• Responsible for possessing extensive knowledge on contraindications and sensitivities of different skin types.
• Responsible for adhering to the established protocols of the Springs Eternal Spa treatments.
• Responsible for asking the guest:
• What is your skincare goal today
• What is your current skincare regime
• How is your current skincare regime working for you
• Responsible for utilizing the above three questions to further customize the facial treatment and establish a recommended at home treatment via Springs Eternal Spa retail product line.
• Responsible for asking the guest prior to starting service:
• Is there anything else I need to know today
• Responsible for discussing guests goal and associating the appropriate product recommendation post service in the treatment room.
• Responsible for following protocol to enhance retail product sales with Front Desk associates.
• Responsible for promoting and selling massage and body treatment products.
• Responsible for the preparation of the treatment room in regard to product and supplies.
• Responsible for the cleanliness stocking and closing of a treatment room.
• Responsible for ensuring the privacy and comfort of each guest.
• Responsible for attending weekly and/or monthly departmental staff meeting as requested.
• Responsible for attending product knowledge and treatment protocol training as required.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the spa.
• Responsible for reporting to work on time and according to posted schedule.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Current license(s) and certificate(s) for Aesthetics or Cosmetology as required by the state county city/town.
• One year experience in similar position preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
