Job Description
About the role: Were on the precipice of a new era of AI in the enterprise. Customers have deployed wave 1 genAI applications (e.g. chatbots summarization text generation) and are starting to embark on wave 2action-taking agents. In this role you will lead the GTM efforts for Nova Act working closely with a boundary-pushing research team (the AGI SF Lab) to drive customer adoption product iteration and model improvement for this new product category.
About the team
Were a new research lab in San Francisco currently focused on developing new foundational capabilities for enabling useful AI agents. Were pursuing several key research bets that will enable AI agents to perform real-world actions learn from human feedback self-course-correct and infer our goals. In particular we are really excited about the work in combining large language models (LLMs) with reinforcement learning (RL) to solve reasoning and planning learned world models and generalizing agents to physical environments. Our work builds on that of Amazons broader AGI team which recently introduced Amazon Nova a new generation of state-of-the-art foundation models (FMs).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
